Dispatch: Orders placed before 8am Melbourne time are usually handed to the carrier the same business day, stock permitting.

Items that aren’t in stock: “Ships within 5 business days” items are ordered in for you, so please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Pre-Order items aren’t in stock yet, so please allow 10–20 business days. Normal carrier transit times apply after dispatch.

Mixed orders: If your order includes an item that isn’t in stock, we send everything together in one parcel when it arrives, so your whole order follows that item’s timing. Need something sooner? Shipping: $11.95 flat-rate courier (Aramex/CouriersPlease) with Authority to Leave. Australia Post Standard and Express options are also available at checkout. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers only accept eligible Australia Post deliveries.
