Delivery Info
Here’s how delivery and Click & Collect work at ierac-i. Your delivery options and price are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery options
- Aramex/CouriersPlease — $11.95 flat rate. Authority to Leave applies (see below).
- Australia Post Standard — $14.95 for orders up to 2.25 kg, or $24.95 for orders from 2.26 kg to 5 kg.
- Australia Post Express — $18.95 for orders up to 2.25 kg, or $28.95 for orders from 2.26 kg to 5 kg.
Australia Post options are available at checkout for orders up to 5 kg.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 8am Melbourne time are usually handed to the carrier the same business day, stock permitting.
Items that aren’t in stock
Some items can still be ordered when they’re not in stock at our salon. The product page shows how long each one takes:
- Ships within 5 business days — we order the item in for you. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
- Pre-Order — the item isn’t in stock yet. Please allow 10–20 business days for dispatch. Your price is locked in.
If an item says “Please allow 5–20 business days”, allow up to 20 business days. Your order confirmation email lists any item that isn’t in stock, with its timing. Normal carrier delivery time follows after dispatch.
Mixed orders
If your order includes an item that isn’t in stock, we send everything together in one parcel when it arrives, so your whole order follows that item’s timing. If you need something sooner, reply to your order confirmation or email hello@ieraci.com.au. We can swap or refund just the item(s) causing the wait, or send your available items first. An additional delivery charge applies to a split shipment.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers only accept eligible Australia Post deliveries. If you’re sending to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect point, please select an Australia Post option at checkout.
Authority to Leave
Authority to Leave applies to our Aramex/CouriersPlease option: your parcel may be left without a signature if a safe location is available. Australia Post deliveries follow Australia Post’s own Safe Drop and delivery process.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking once your order is dispatched. Depending on the delivery service, tracking updates may be sent by email or SMS.
Click & Collect — Preston
Free Click & Collect is available from ierac-i Studio, 35 Victoria Street, Preston. We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection, so please wait for that email before coming in.
If your order includes an item that isn’t in stock, we’ll keep everything together so you can collect it all at once, following that item’s timing (up to 5 business days, or 10–20 business days for Pre-Order items). If you’d like your available items ready first, just let us know.
Delivery estimates
For Australia Post estimates, use Australia Post’s delivery time calculator. Australia Post Express is next business day within Australia Post’s eligible Express Post network; outside that network, it travels via the fastest available service.
Delivery times after dispatch are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, weather or transport disruption.
Delivery issues and redelivery
- Aramex/CouriersPlease: if your tracking shows an unsuccessful delivery, use your tracking link to arrange redelivery or the next available option.
- Australia Post: if your parcel can’t be left safely, it may be taken to a nearby Post Office or eligible collection point. Australia Post will provide collection details, and proof of identity may be required.
- For anything else, check your tracking first, then contact us with your order number.
