As a multi-benefit treatment and leave-in conditioner, the science within leverages the power of plant proteins and tourmaline to help protect strands while helping repair existing damage and reduce the appearance of split ends.

Dispatch:
Orders placed before 3pm AEST are handed to your chosen carrier on the next business day (stock permitting). Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) are held to ship together once all items are in stock. If you prefer a split delivery, email hello@ieraci.com.au — an additional delivery charge applies.

  • Choose your courier at checkout: Sendle (Standard), Australia Post (Standard), or Australia Post Express.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): Sendle is ATL by default; Australia Post offers Safe Drop (see details below).
  • PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers: Select Australia Post. Sendle can’t deliver to these addresses.

Pre-Order items (out of stock)

“Pre-Order” means the item is currently out of stock and you’re reserving incoming stock from our supplier.

  • Estimated dispatch timeframe: 5–20 business days for pre-order items to leave our salon, then normal carrier transit times apply.
  • Mixed orders: We’ll ship everything together when all items are available. Need part of your order sooner? Request a split delivery via email — an extra delivery charge applies.

Sendle — how delivery works
  • ATL by default: parcels can be left without signature if the driver finds a safe place.
  • If there’s no safe place: you’ll see an “Unable to deliver” status; please use the tracking link to book a redelivery.
  • PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers: not supported — choose an AusPost option if you need those.
Australia Post — Standard
  • Safe Drop: if ATL is allowed and there’s a safe place, AusPost may leave the parcel.
  • If no safe place: a card is left and your parcel goes to a nearby Post Office for collection (held ~10 business days).
  • Parcel Lockers/Collect: available via a free MyPost account.
Australia Post — Express
  • Fastest option: Next business day within the official Express Post network (origin/destination dependent).
  • Outside the network: delivered by the fastest possible service.
  • Safe Drop & collection: same rules as Standard.

Tracking & delivery issues

You’ll receive tracking by email/SMS once your parcel is lodged. For updates, check your tracking first or contact us with your order number — we’ll help get it sorted quickly.


Packaging & sustainability

We favour minimal, recyclable and compostable materials. In line with ierac-i Studio’s commitment to the environment, Sendle provides carbon-neutral delivery and Australia Post publishes ongoing carbon-reduction initiatives. We also power our salon with solar and reuse supplier cartons where possible.

Small print: Courier choice can’t be changed after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates only. “Business days” exclude weekends/public holidays. Pre-order windows (5–20 business days) reflect supplier lead times to dispatch. Split deliveries are available on request and incur an additional shipping charge.
