Dispatch: Orders placed before 8am Melbourne time are usually handed to the carrier the same business day, stock permitting.

Pre-Order: Please allow 5–20 business days for dispatch, then normal carrier transit times apply.

Mixed orders: Orders containing Pre-Order items ship once all items are ready. To request a split delivery, email hello@ieraci.com.au (an additional delivery charge applies).

Click & Collect: Free Click & Collect from Preston. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Pre-Order and mixed orders follow the Pre-Order timing.

Shipping: $11.95 flat-rate courier (Aramex/CouriersPlease) with Authority to Leave. Australia Post Standard and Express options are also available at checkout. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers only accept eligible Australia Post deliveries.
