Our skilled baristas have refined these unique beverages to embody the ierac-i experience, while still preserving their national integrity.
MATCHA LATTE
Produced with tea leaves that have been picked during the first harvest of the season, our Matcha blend from Zen Wonders is robust and full-bodied with sweet undertones. Blended with milk, a Matcha latte is the perfect way to enjoy it’s strong Matcha fragrance and light astringency.
HOJICHA LATTE
A Japanese staple, the term Hojicha refers to green tea leaves that are roasted. The hearty dark roast brings out chocolatey coffee-like flavours, and is best enjoyed blended with milk to make a Hojicha latte. Our Hojicha powder is supplied by our friends, Zen Wonders.
GENMAICHA LATTE
Another delicious Japanese tea blend is Genmaicha, made by combining Matcha and roasted brown rice. Blended with milk, a Genmaicha latte is the best way to enjoy it’s nutty and cereal notes of roasted rice. Our Genmaicha powder is supplied by our friends, Zen Wonders.
CHAI LATTE
Our original plant-based blend by Monk's Chai has been handcrafted using the highest-grade Assam black tea; ethically sourced from small organic family producers of the Brahmaputra Valley. We only use pure Ceylon cinnamon of C-4 to Alba grade from Sri-Lanka, Bold Cardamom sourced from Guatemala, Jamaican Pimento, Keralan ginger, Whole nutmeg from the Moluccas. Our ingredients are all specialty grade and all organic!
